Our Man of Match : [LT]Daffy-Duck

Toady the crazy cartoons finally finished the game with DKS that was started last week. Originally a week 8 UKTFCL ladder match that due to server problems was completed this weekend. I cannot honestly reserve any judgement on this clan. I have waited a week and a day now and I'm still really annoyed at these idiots, they are the most arrogant ignorant loudmouthed tossers I have ever played against, more to follow :(
The First map played was ROCK2, when the [DKS] squad finally managed all 8 players we began the first match in earnest realising we had only given ourselves a 2-hour gap before our next game with [CWD] because of this we were eager to start. The DKS defence was quite solid but their offence sucked. At one point mid match we were accused of being 'CHEATING BASTARDS' by these idiots - why? because we were rebuilding our Sentry Guns too fast! I'm not talking about pre-match building which [LT] do not do religiously (we even preach this to others - sorry about that but pre-match is exactly and only that pre-match) I'm not even on about a one off comment these idiots were serious. And they continued this ridiculous text spam for the second half of map one. We then lost a player but were unable to get our player in the server due to the extra player that [DKS] had filling up the server. This was going from bad to ridiculous fast. Then as the map ended with a clear win to us [DKS] declared the match null and void, why because they had mercs in their team. For those of you who didn't catch that the first time - they wanted the match cancelled because they brought mercs. I don't know what these people were on but it wasn't planet earth.
The Second map was started but the server crashed on map change we tried our best to get another server at short notice but understandably mid weekend this was not possible on a reasonable server. Finally after constant harassment by many members from [DKS] to not only me but many other members of [LT] I told them we would play this map the following weekend to which the response was swearing and general abuse despite the fact that both our clans had games booked with other clans 15 minutes later. To be frank at that time I had no intention of playing them again but [LT] voted on it and decided to beat them into the ground instead. We were due to play CWD (an excellent game btw) and frankly I was not about to miss playing them for these morons.
<1 WEEK LATER>
After calming down the following week the second map against [DKS] was arranged after not surprisingly 3-4 date and time changes. Its clans like this that really get my goat and tend to destroy the ladder and many of the team in it. [LT] play for fun and fun alone these guys don't get it I think. Anyways the map SHUTDOWN started both initial attacks were beaten back by strong defences but not long into the match their security came down and had a real problem staying up as I recall I actually lost count. We did loose our security 3 times one was caused by a defence error, the second we were infact overwhelmed and the third was hot on its heals either way that flag stayed at our house where it belonged all warm and cosy. Daffy stayed as point man in the flag room watching for the laser trick we were sure a clan of this calibre would use it but we were mistaken so maybe I thought I had misjudged them then one of their members joined as a 9th player he never actually joined the game just sat there. This got really annoying he was asked repeatedly to leave the server when he finally responded it was with 'NO FUCK OFF' I reacted to this with less than surprise now, it was sort of what I expected from them from the start and frankly sums up both of these matches and this clan IMHO.
In conclusion, the more I read this the more concerned I am that another flame war would get started like the [WASTED] one which really profited no one in the end, despite the words between us it was a shame they left UKTFCL. That said I would not miss [DKS] the fact is this, I feel I would be lying if I said it was a good game. [DKS] could be a good clan if they could get rid of some of the idiots they would become excellent in no time. Just not today!
