Their Man of Match : [RNK]?
Match comments :
LT played RNK in the first match of the playoff cup. Well to start with the
server was not brilliant for either team. In fact it was a little annoying. We
played a 7v7 match and both sides had connection problems throughout the game.
The bigger problem being when people left they had a hard time rejoining again.
We had reserves who came to the rescue but they also had problems authenticating with
WON. Its time I think someone killed the need to authenticate with them.
The First match was 2Fort. I must admit I got a little annoyed as the match went on.
The RNK attack seemed to consist of Spam, Mirv and Text everywhere with all defenders as Eng.
On on a server already with serious lag problems this got ridiculous. RNK did manage 3 caps
against us and well done to them for it but I have to say this that was the most silly game
I have ever played. I do reserve judgment on this though, and will change it as I calm down
later. Its probably just i got used to a game of skill and fun. I saw neither from them
apart from ours :P Especially with [LT]Bugs_Bunny his tactic of standing on their elevator
until they used the Lift was hilarious.
The Second match was Rock2. Well this was a little better, and almost fun. They still had
a fascination with Mirv's but at least the Text/Message Spamming stopped. Their attack was well
coordinated enough but all three people running through the door at the same time has the
added bonus of all three dying at the same time. They got the key into the yard a few times but
didn't seem to be able to ram it home.
In conclusion, RNK have a few good guys in the Clan but have to learn that style of play annoys
other Clans they play against. They really will have a good time in the next UKTFCL season if nothing
else they will become well known but please bear in mind that if the server is really laggy, which we all
know wont happen to any Netgames server! then Mirving the place to death wont get them anywhere
as they wont be able to move. [LT]Bugs_Bunny got our Man of the Match for being
cheeky and waiting for the enemy to use their own lift and hitching a ride with
the flag.
